Fr. Jeffrey Kirby, STL

Fr. Jeffrey Kirby is a priest of the Diocese of Charleston, SC. He holds a Licentiate in Moral Theology from the Holy Cross University in Rome. He is the author of the books Lord, Teach Us to Pray, 101 Surprising Facts on St. Peter's and the Vatican, and The Life and Witness of St. Maria Goretti. Fr. Kirby is the instructor for the Catholic Courses on St. Peter's Basilica and The Spiritual Life. He was the founding Director of the Drexel House: Catholic Residence for Men, and for over five years was a Vocations Director helping men and women find their place in the Church. Due to Fr. Kirby's love for the Divine Mercy, he is regularly sought out as a retreat leader, spiritual director, and confessor.

Fr. Chris Alar, MIC
Director of the Association of Marian Helpers

 Father Chris Alar entered the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception, the religious community entrusted with spreading the message and devotion of Divine Mercy, as a postulant in July, 2006. Prior to that, he received a BS in industrial engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan. After working several years at a Fortune 500 company, he began his own consulting company in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2000. After answering the Lord's call, he attended Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio, for his philosophy studies and earned his Masters of Divinity from Holy Apostles Seminary in Cromwell, Connecticut. Over the past several years he has been mentored by the world's leading experts in Divine Mercy, and he has spoken at over 100 parishes to date. Currently he lives and works on Eden Hill in Stockbridge, Mass., home of the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy, where he serves as "Fr. Joseph, MIC," the director of the Association of Marian Helpers.

Paul Thigpen, Ph.D.

Paul Thigpen, Ph.D., is the editor of TAN Books and the best-selling author, co-author or compiler of forty-one titles. Among his most popular works are Manual for Spiritual Warfare and A Year With the Saints: Daily Meditations with the Holy Ones of God.  A convert to the Catholic faith, Paul has served the Church as an award-winning journalist, historian, apologist, catechist, and member of the National Advisory Council of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. His work has been circulated worldwide and translated into twelve languages.

Rose Sweet 

Rose Sweet is a popular speaker and author of several books, who helps people to “Put RELIGION in Your RELATIONSHIPS” as a way to improve or heal them, including topics of temperaments, divorce, annulment, and remarriage. Rose was a featured presenter at the World Meeting of Families and recently appeared on CNN as the go-to Catholic expert on helping people understand annulment. Rose serves as a lay advocate in many diocesan tribunals and assists those who are considering annulment. She is also the producer of the landmark DVD series, The Catholic’s DIVORCE SURVIVAL Guide. Rose lives with her husband and family in sunny California. 

Joseph Pearce

Joseph Pearce is Director of the Center for Faith and Culture and Writer in Residence at Aquinas College in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a renowned biographer whose books include his autobiography, Race with the Devil: My Journey from Racial Hatred to Rational Love (Saint Benedict Press, 2013); Candles in the Dark: The Authorized Biography of Fr. Ho Lung, Missionaries of the Poor (Saint Benedict Press, 2012), Through Shakespeare's Eyes: Seeing the Catholic Presence in the Plays (Ignatius Press, 2010); and Tolkien: Man and Myth, a Literary Life (HarperCollins, 1998). He is the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of Higher Education from Thomas More College for the Liberal Arts and also received the Pollock Award for Christian Biography. He is co-editor of the St. Austin Review and has hosted two series on Shakespeare for EWTN, as well as hosting several EWTN productions on J. R. R. Tolkien.
